Captured at a old Pioneer Cemetery outside of Central City, Colorado…..lemme tell ya, this place is the REAL: deal, you expect to see Clint Eastwood outta the movie Pale Rider come through any second. Quite spooky and also, it is an area that just kinda puts ya in a time warp….. Thoughts welcomed!

The old homestead pump on this now abandoned prairie homestead was one mum used in the early 1900’s and her family in the 1800’s. This and a fallen down building is all that’s left on the prairies of her pioneer life, caught at sunset that symbolizes more than the end of the day. This was taken in an area that no longer has any signs of civilization except the pile of lumber where the old homestead was – near Cymric, Saskatchewan.

reminds us on how the words get spread out back in the 1800s, medium was just ink and paper with limited ‘squarish’ space on a piece of board… hopefully the board is in the right location!
This photograph was taken on the battlefield named for “Picketts Charge”. / This field has alot of controvercial history to it. Many men died on this field in July of 1863.
