I surprised this guy dozing in the late afternoon sun as I rounded the corner of a Wukoki Indian Ruin (about 20 miles outside of Flagstaff Arizona). No one else was around so I’m glad I captured him when I did. Wukoki is a modern Hopi indian word for ‘Big House’. It is believed the 3 story ruin here was once home of 2 or 3 prehistoric Indian families from the Kayenta Anasazi culture and was occupied approximately from 1120 – 1210 A.D. Featured in “All That Is Nature”

Just more absurdity really…photographed thru the looking glass & another run down the city streets in the urban settings of Barcelona. The photographs are not necessarily in focus because not unlike our relationships to one another they never quite seem clear as to what it means to co-exits in these public-private / urban environs.

The main cathedral had been built in 1056 when it was consecrated in presence of William Duke of Normandy (later king of England. Around 1200 it was burnt down and the present building built 1210 to 1274. The lantern over the crossing is 57 m high. / Taken with Pentax LX and 28 mm shift lens on Kodachrome
