The Hard Day’s Night Hotel in Liverpool is the first Beatles themed hotel in the world and opened its doors on 1st February 2008. / / The ‘Grade II’ listed building, designed by Thomas C Clarke, dates back to 1884, and was originally known as, Central Buildings. During the Second World War, it was designated the back up location for allied command headquarters in the city during the Battle of the Atlantic. / / The extensive refurbishment added two stories and restored many originasl features. “Marbled Sky“ I found this scene on the way home from a photo shoot with my sister, Manikah. We had visited Beaver Town to shoot the Arkansas Golden Gate Bridge. Beaver Town is a quaint nostalgic community just outside of Holiday Island, near Eureka Spring, Arkansas. Of course, on the way home we took every dirt road we could find! ...lol When we were crossing a low-water bridge, I happened to glance down I saw this “marbled sky”! My eyes are always searching for the art in nature :)

This is so meaningful to me as we also have had so many wildfires in the past couple of years, last summer being the worst to date in our history….my heart goes out to each and everyone of you and your loved ones who have become victims of these horrendous bushfires . / /
