Ἀθηνᾶ / Of Pallas Athena, guardian of the city, I begin to sing. Dread is she, and with Ares she loves deeds of war, the sack of cities and the shouting and the battle. It is she who saves the people as they go out to war and come back. / Homeric Hymn to Athena 11.1–5 More Olympians / / / /

Check this out!! i’ve got lil Tim in me even as a kid!!! lolz!!! / / Just kidding!! hehehehe… i don’t recall having an inner monster as a kid.. i do talk to imaginary friend in my head tho.. but only when i’m bored. hehehe… and nooooo, i was no ninja.. i was made to wear this gear for fun.. ahahaha… i did learn Tae Kwon Do as back in elementary school days though.. but i stopped just before a black belt.. (find it a waste of money and i got sick of going to school on mondays with aching limbs..) i was made to learn TKD because i was a quiet kid. but nope, TKD didn’t help make me more sociable. if anything i stayed anti-social all da way till late teens.. lolz… i do miss sparing though.. it’s like the only time i can punch and kick a person all i can and not get charged~ rofl!! For those of you who know and ran home back in the days of classic cartoons from 4pm 4:30pm GI JOE,Transformers, He-Man, and Thundercats. Here’s a fan art illustration more focused on the movie version. I have no clue if this character is in the movie, or not but I just wanted to share it with all of you.
I took this shot while on vacation at Perdido Key, Florida near the Gulf of Mexico! I have slightly enhanced the piece. I am pleased with the way it has turned out. I hope you like it, as well! Smiles Leilani Perdido Key, Florida USA
The Wool is used to getting mug shots by now, so when he was conversing with Wendy, whom he adores he didn’t lose a beat when the flash went off. This the ultimate in portraits of the little guy—he’s blinking love, purring like a madman, and talking all at once. He always has plenty to say to his Wendy when she shows up in the morning. He thinks she comes by of just to visit him. It could be why she’s still with us. . . / THIS PHOTO WAS TAKEN BY WENDY RESCUE CAT: Wooly was rescued from a yard sale. Wish I’d taken his brother along with him! / COMPACT CAMERA: CASIO EXILIM, 8.something MP
