These are great – did you know there was a shoe group on redbubble? This would look great in there! – It’s a great pic – I like boots slightly biased but even so I am convinced it is a good pic.

When I was 16, and we’re talking 35 year ago now, I had some Doc Martins and got a can of silver spray paint and done my boots.

My old man nearly knocked my heed off. lol

Not wanting to give the game away but these are CAT boots, I can understand your old mans reaction though Docs cost a fortune, probably still do eh? Was that in response to the Glam Rock age of the early 70’s?

Yes his early work wasn’t so optimistic. but then again he came from as very dull place. It was in France that his more colourfull life started. And then he cut off his ear.

if you ever visit holland again. go and see the kroller muller museum. more Van Goghs there.; At least the last time I was there. That was in the seventies
