This one is out of the old box, as I don’t seem to find time to shoot new work. :)
My first attempts on nostalgic photography were not with the “painted with light technique”, but rather with one harsh light source which shone through a small hole in aluminiumfoil, creating a beam-like effect.

The series was shot with my old and trusty Pentax “Program A” on slide as it’s original purpose was a slideshow on music. If you want to get into the right mood for this, then look up the sound track of “Wild at Heart”, song nr 9. Smoke Rings.
