I wouldn’t like to feed the photographers for which this photo is the plain and simple truth…
This once beautiful and undoubtedly faithful Minolta SRT101 was discovered in an old and dirty shed by a friend of mine. Knowing my passion for vintage cameras he gave it to me as a present. Seeing how incredibly dirty it was my heart sank and I have, to date, still not found the courage to start cleaning it. It did however find another purpose for this nostalgic photography relic as you can see right here.
Another instalment in my Nostalgia series although a little different then usual in the set-up. It’s a lot simpler a composition then most of my work, but let me assure you, it was so much harder to get right!
The technique used was my usual own version of painting with light, you can read more about it in this tutorial
Shot with my relatively new Pentax K10D and a very old Pentax-A 1:1.7 50mm objective.
