Wow……erg mooi dit wolkendek en die mysterieuze zon achter de boom met dat zachte licht……een pracht plaatje!
Dank je Yool,I’m glad you like it!
Ethereal. Very Zen, Peter …
Thank you Allyj. Hadn’t looked at it from the zen perspective yet, but you are very right. Thank you for the fav’s too.
Wonderful shot. Great composition, tone, and view.
Thanks Torfinn, much appreciated
What a wonderful photograph and wonderful location it seems.
Thanks Patricia, and yes, it was a wonderful location on a wonderful island.
I’m sure a wonderful time was had too!:)
You bet. ;o)
Hi Peter. I had to quickly look twice at this image, because my mind didn’t register with the title. Actually, my mind register with much at all these days. Anyway, what was I saying? Oh yes. The image, it is captivating. Unexpected and original for a landscape. In fact, “landscape” seems not to fit as a category. The lighting and composition is very potent, and I think you have set the shot up very well in that regard, with the downward lines in unison and the sun behind the tree. Cool.
Thanks mate, glad you like it! It’s another one of those shots where you have to make your decisions very fast, for the setting sun quickly changes the look and feel of the sight. I so loved those tones. Have done nothing about them, exact a slight augmentation of the saturation, so this is actually a color shot.
Wow, beautiful shot of a beautiful place. Makes me wish I could be there right now. =)
You know what they say, it’s only a flight away…. ;o)Thanks for the comment Ine.
wonderful wonderful shot…..lovely……must visit Tenerife sometime…….
If you ever have the change, don’t hesitate, just try to stay clear of the mass tourism and rent yourself a nice “casa rural”.Thanks for the lovely comment Jacqueline.
