Every night when I sleep
I go to a magical place
I’m not sure what to call it
And I don’t know where it is
but there are gods and goddesses
and there are rainbows and sunsets
And everything is new
And loves poors from a waterfall
made of pure emotion
And every man and woman
and every child laughs
even in sad time and crude tides
And they had no blood
no blood to bleed
and they had no tears
no tears to cry and they smiled
We were there
all of us together
we watched the stars fall and burn
and we ate them whole with no pain
and the sun drank away our sorrows
And when that world
thrusts loudly backward
and everyone panics and cries
A tornadoe rips through the valley
everyone dies and yes, we feel the pain
but this is the way, the way we come back
from the beautiful world that no one knows about
but everyone is afraid to go there
the tornadoe rips us from our happiness
and thrusts us into the cold, cold world
but when you awake from this lovely dream
you can feel the silver and glass tears
run down your cheaks from when you were killed
in that imaginary world but you forgive it
because you must returns someday
and be torn away just like you do
but it is worth it for the secondary moments
and theyear long seconds that pass there
Whenever you leave that world
you return with a million diamonds in pocket
and the sweetly bitter taste of happiness on your lips
I learned this as I slowly took my first steps
out of the white washed walls of the hospital
with my mother’s arm around me, her eyes red
from crying so much
who would have thought I’d wake up after so many year
but in that world itseemed like mear seconds
yet no one will believe me when I say it
but let this be known my friend
this world of wonder is a mysterious place
but you can only get to it if you believe
