i’ve been doing photography- professionally and personally – since i was a kid. i believe, as cartier-bresson did, that each photography is an affirmation, each click of the shutter is a “yes!” i started with 35mm film, got into 4×5, and did some 8×10 work professionally, then sold all my film cameras and bought a digital camera. recently i have started working with an old ikoflex 2 1/4 camera that my son(http://doctormemory.wordpress.com/) gave me, relearning technique and craft. “i photograph things to see how they will look photographed.”

went to a show by artists with ms on peaks island. great to talk with them, connect for some future collaborations. i look in my recent work for reflections of my disease, not sure what i see. still working with the ikoflex – have not gotten any results worth posting yet.
