Artist's Description

Reconstruction of a piece of the Titanics Hull, erected beside Thompson Drydock, Belfast where the ship was completed.

We Built The Titanic was a five-part series filmed for National Geographic and Channel 4 which followed a charismatic team of experts as they recreated sections of history’s most famous ship using 100 year-old methods, they uncovered the lives of those who built before them and reveal secrets about a ship that was once thought to be unsinkable.

Standing over 30ft tall, this is less than 1/3rd the hight of the Titanics once mighty bow.

Taken with my Nikon DSLR 3100 and edited in Photoshop CS5 aswell as making use of Topaz plugins for CS5.
