This was a little experiment of mine taken in my room to see how well the Tamron 70-200mm lens of mine can handle macro photography. Plus I was very bored and it was raining outside!

I wanted to experiment with Depth of Field in this one, to try and get it as shallow as possible, to have a very narrow focal point. I took the image in colour, using a piece of paper as a background, and a simple desk lamp for the lighting and placed it only a few inches from the fork in order to cast a strong shadow.

Taken with my Nikon DSLR 3100 and edited in Photoshop CS5.
