Donaghadee Lighthouse, Donaghadee, Co Down, N Ireland. Built in 1836, it is probably one of the best know, if not the best known lighthouses on the Northern Irish coast. Once a thriving seafaring port running regular crossings to Portpatrick in Scotland, today the majority of craft in and out of its harbour are local fishing boats and pleasure yachts.

Taken with my Nikon DSLR 3100 and edited in Photoshop CS5.

Exposure: 1/160sec
f-stop: f/6.3

Love the SC on the lifeboat.
You have this in a challenge, but you need to add to A Love of Boats Chris and I can’t see it
