I took my 40D and my much trusted Nifty Fifty and well.. I snapped away .. played with the settings, with the ISO, took some shots…

I think for a first time, the outcome is not too bad :)

I have never been much good with words, or generally with expressing myself the way I’d like to.
Generally, I have an attention span of a sparrow – or a Magpie – Ohhhh Shinieeeeeee … swush .. gone she is…
In such, I am surprised, how many hours I can spend on red bubble, browsing through galleries, looking at my favourites over and over and over again without ever get…

*le sigh* - Photographic Frustration ...

Posted over 4 years ago

Always with the panorama of the Mountains in the background. The weather was great. Clear skies, the odd cloud in there once in a while, nice and warm.

When I came home, I realized or rathe…

Posted over 4 years ago

Hey there, fellow RedBubblians…

Once again I am browsing through hundreds of folios, numerous pictures, wonderful writings and great art… And over and over again I am thinking “How did they do that?” … “What did they do to their cameras/pencils/papers/pens/canvas/lights/computers/add-form-of-art-here to get this effect?” … “What the heck can I…

Venice - A Dying Queen...

Posted over 4 years ago

Hello everyone,

Sorry, I have been absent for quite some time. I have not followed all of your postings, nor have I spent much time behind the computer in general. I apologize for being so very negligent.

However, the reason for this is simple: I was on vacation. The title already betrays it. My ways had led me into the Italian Capital of Rennaissance: Venice.
But let me tell you my tale from the …

The Pied Piper of Hamelin

Posted over 4 years ago

As an explanation to my latest pictures

The story is, that the city of Hamelin had a major rat problem and they promised whomever got rid of the rats a sack of gold. The Pied Piper answered their call and led the rats away. However, the city of hamel…

YES!
I finally got my PS to work again (stupid me it was the alignment that made the writing vanish!), though I still don’t know what causes the photos to have negative values if I open them from CD …

Either way, my first pictures, that I shot with my analogue Canon EOS 33 are online:

… Edit: Gah… this won’t show linked pictures (won’t accept HTML) I guess IR…
