Your T-shirt re BSL is spot on,I have for many years contended that this Evil and Heinous piece of garbage legislation has absolutely nothing to do with dogs but rather Failing Politicians that need to bring laws that attack innocent Family Pets and attack law -abiding citizens,Much much easier than handling real issues.

Thanks for adding this T into the group Danni! I agree with rosks! I have fought legislation…and most of the legislators that I dealt with didn’t even know what a Pit Bull looked like and had never met one. Such a shame.

Definately sad Danni….but really it’s true. More people need to see this.
I just read in the paper, that Cleveland, Ohio is following Toledo’s example and changing their vicious dog law to be dog specific instead of breed specific. No longer will Pit Bulls or Pit Bull ‘types’ be automatically listed as vicious. And the best news is that the state of Ohio has legislation going through to change the state law to match. Sanity reigns! (I live in PA which does not have breed specific laws, but hope this is the start for the rest of the states that still do)
That’s great news Marlene, one can only hope that common sense will prevail and more will follow suit. BSL Is a seriously flawed law and not to mention totally unjust. It’s a shame though how many more Innocent dogs will get caught up In It and pay with their lives!
