Born and raised in the logging town of Snoqualmie, Washington (the logging days in Snoqualmie are mostly in the past now). I currently reside in Issaquah, Washington. My Canon Rebel 450D was a Christmas gift that has kept on giving me hours and hours of pleasure. I recently aquired a Canon 5D Mark II and I am now learning to use this awesome instument. I hope you enjoy these pictures half as much as I enjoyed capturing them!

    How cute!

  • Ya and curious, she just kept checking me out and if she had a camera she likely would have been snapping pics of me!

  • Gosh I am really honored Lois that you featured my little harbor seal in the Pacific Northwest Group! Wish I had been handy when all this good stuff was happening! It is really good to log on and find a honor like this awaiting me. Thank you so very much!

I like the colour of his dry coat and the raised head too.

  • Thank you Stephen! I really struggle at times with wildlife. They just won’t sit still and let me work…. This guy was a bit curious about me but not alarmed and I was able to get er done. I really appreciate your taking time to comment!
