This billboard advertisement was repainted over a much older one that had faded with the passage of time. Thisis nostalgic because it reminds me of the old billboard ads that were everywhere you went when I was a kid. Shot taken in Monroe, Washington.

Born and raised in the logging town of Snoqualmie, Washington (the logging days in Snoqualmie are mostly in the past now). I currently reside in Issaquah, Washington. My Canon Rebel 450D was a Christmas gift that has kept on giving me hours and hours of pleasure. I recently aquired a Canon 5D Mark II and I am now learning to use this awesome instument. I hope you enjoy these pictures half as much as I enjoyed capturing them!

  • LOL :-) The Monroe Laundry Company have been Drinking – Coca Cola Since 1908. That sign has been there since at least the early 1960’s. They love their Coca-Cola :-)

if in holland. people would fight for a kid to raise than a cola to quench the sommer thirst.:) strange or not:))

  • In America, in the summer, the children will beg their parents for a Coke to quench their summer thirst until their parents start fighting :-)
