did you pile those rocks? reminds me of my first visit to some large rocks around here, ppl moved the roks to write stuff, was quite cool…sorta graffitti but accepted cause it would have been hard work for them

Yes, my husband, two sons, and myself built this at our cottage when we first bought it 10 years ago. It was nice quality family time doing this project. It still stands today so I guess we did a good job! :) Thanks Paul and Daniel for your views and comments.

hahaha I love rock stacking. I do it every time I go rafting. I will spend some serious time getting it juuust right. And then my kiddo kicks them over.

Stones speak and are not silent a testament when placed by those that came this way just a footnote of stones by a path or monuments…..the look is “I am a rock” and a rock man of many rocks (fourteen rocks I count to make one man rock or rock’n girl that rocks). Forgive me but this “rocks” way cool big time…[0^0].
