Thanks, J… She also has a silver belt buckle and chains and earrings. When I was there, anything shiny or colourful was adopted into the bilas (fancy clan traditional dress) to make it look “better”
beautiful capture. I had my first three years of life up in PNG. Don’t remember much but many photo’s in the family album tell of the life up there.
I loved the country. Unfortunately, I had problems with the school principal and, being single at the time, became homesick. I wish I could go back. I love to “meet” people who have been there and have memories. Thanks for the compliment. Ian.
