INSIGNIFICANT

I play an insignificant role,
I’m an invisible soul,
plagued by a considerable goal,
with a magnificent hold,
thats clutch has omnipitent control
over both the kids and the old,
and this grip is so cold,
But is it a gift I behold,
Or did i just slip in a hole,
forever falling untill the ground hits and i’m broke,
And i can’t seem to find,
the answers as i’m scanning my mind,
scrambling for time,
I speak for both the damned and devine,
the famished and blind,
every young man in his prime,
everyone damaged by lies,
and all the phantoms that died,
as my voice bellows out,
it said they’ve heard hell from my mouth,
stiirring up the dead when i shout,
is this the end or just drout?
its said that when it rains it pours,
but i can afford to seal my window panes and doors,
so I can’t hide from this dark cloud over me by simply staying indoors,
the only option left is to stop nature from taking its course,
when life like a hurricane i’m the one embracing the force,
and if god really blessed me then why has he forsaken my corpse?

I think most of us carry confusion and pain. Many older people in my opinion carry the things that confused them when they were young. If only we as a collective decided to embrace confusion and be open to others that we struggle with life.
