Cuttlefish hiding in a old fallen jetty pylon at Tumby Bay SA.
cuttlefish, tumby bay, sa, yook
Great Colour !
Thanks Matt. This was a fortunate find.
Gotta love a giant cuttle. I saw two juvenile giant cuttlefish on a night dive in Sydney harbour last Friday. I have never seen them at that site before.
This was also a first for me here at Tumby. Every dive I do here at the town jetty something new always pops up.
Well shot! Good color and great lighting!
Thanks Todd.Get lucky some times.Took a lot of shots, but the cuttle wasn’t fazed.
Thankyou very much for the opertunity.

Thankyou very much
These guys are amazing animals. On a dive on the old collier wreck off North Mole in WA I once spent almost a full tank of air playing with two cutlefish. Their curiosity is insatiable & I had a devil of a time retrieving a dive torch from one. Wondeful creatures, great shot!
Thanks Brien.Sounds like you had a ball.I totally agree on the time that can be spent just watching them.
