A picture taken at Lake Gillawarna (Sydney) with infrared filter then processed with HDR. I’ve been playing with this image for a while and I finally got it the way I wanted it :-)

Thanks Jenny :-) I use Dynamic Photo HDR but there is a basic plug in for Photoshop called ReDynaMix.
