I have always loved photography . . it is my hobby and also my time out from everyday life . . where I can lose myself for a few hours.

I enjoy photographing flowers, insects and animals as well as landscapes and seascapes. I also enjoy doing pet portraits . . they are fun and it is amazing how the pet’s personality can come through. Sometimes I will also play in Photoshop and create an image just for fun. I also love colour in photography.

I use a Canon 500D and 60D with lenses -
Canon 50mm f/1.4, Sigma 10-20mm, Canon 24-70mm f/2.8L, Canon 70-200mm f/2.8L, Sigma 120-400mm, Tamron 90mm macro, Vivitar 500mm f/6.3 mirror lens and Lensbaby Muse with macro kit, super wide accessory and the Sweet 35 optic . . . which lens depends on my mood at the time.
