Acrylic and Spray Painting on OSB

A view of the bridge outside my window… One Monday morning, I happened to looking out and there were three people battling against the wind and rain on their way to work. I immediately grabbed my sketchbook and this is the resulting painting.

Back in the eighties, a little person was born. That little person grew a bit and said his first word… car. He drew pictures, usually of cars. He became inspired by music, spray paint, Vincent van Gogh, films, paint splats, architecture, Frank Miller, the British landscape, photography, Jack Vettriano, love, Japan and a small purple character, who he named Bert. He wanted to be an artist. He used all these things that had inspired him and drew more pictures. That little person is me.
