Y a nuestro propio cielo entrar

Inspired by the many lovely beaches of Puerto Rico. A story of love by the sea.

Rough translation:

Come… sit by my side to watch the twilight

the sand in between our toes

Contemplate with me the sensual swell

And breathe, from the sea, the salt

While the sky turns to an orange blossom

We will hold hands by the shore

The water caressing our feet

Let’s forget the hours passed

While our souls pass through the golden arch

That forms before the sun’s retreat

Let us appreciate the infinite horizon

As far as our eyes can see

Beyond the confines of the zenith

And to our own heaven be

Then, when all light vanishes

And the stars, in the sky, appear

Make love to me until you move me

And we wake when the dawn draws near

I’m your typical young woman who delves in all things artistic… and conventional. Writing is a hobbie—and a preferred one at that. I love music as much as I love reading. Its like breathing. I don’t like false and pretentious people, I’m not quick to anger and I consider myself a dreamer. That’s me in a nutshell, I guess.

    Brava!
