A MACRO PHOTO OF A WATERDROP MAGNIFYING A DRY PATCH ON A LEAF.
My inspiration for this piece was life of the unseen and hidden macro world of photography. I love taking shots of the things we walk by daily and that exist so unsignificant yet are huge on the contrary. I love life, live it fully and appreciate the sources of elemental nature – water, earth & the air I breathe – wishing to capture that with my lens as well.
This little droplet represents me & my life quite accurately. The source of living & breathing is what I love to capture with my lens, while it relates to the way I feel when I capture a photo such as this. Simply rejuvenated. It also reflects the way people feel about me. I’ve been told I’m a good listener and always have a way to make people smile and lift up their spirits, so I think this works beautifully.
It is an oldie I took with a camera I was testing out at the time. The image sat at the back of my gallery without submittion into many groups so I decided to bring it back to life.
