Photo of a spider which has been referred to as I believe Yellow orb spider.
It was quite large in the nature’s wonder, with the belly about the size of dime. The photo is not the clearest as I did not want to get too close to the web. Can you blame me? Eeeek!
Needless to say, no matter how terrified I am of spiders I still cannot stop taking pics of them. Over the years my phobia has improved and it’s probably because I do take their photos and have a certain level of appreciation for their uniqueness and beauty. Thank you for stopping by.
Lovely capture, have you noticed that the black marking on its back looks like a picture of a long necked african lady?? Cheers
Thanks so much, yes I have noticed the shape of a lady right down to the eyes, exactly why I found this spider so intruiging. Amazing how nature works. Thx again & cheers back at ya hon! : )

He/she is a beauty. Looks similar to what we always called a garden spider. Wonderful close up!
