BURNING PEACE by

IMAGE FEATURED IN BERRIES-FRUITS-AND-SEEDS

A macro shot of a peace lily while the leaves were begining to dry and slowly dying. It almost looks painful as the gorgeous flower appeared to be burning alive. Inspired by the thought of peace & burning, especially with the thought of the soldiers dying every day for our freedom & fighting for peace. I also find the seed in the bottom right interesting.

The photo is nearly in it most natural state, minimal augmentation was done to the original, some light enhancement and cropping.

Thank you so much for stopping by. ♥

Janette: This has an almost perfect abstract quality to it. The use of contrasting colors set the tone for this piece. Great looking work again. “joey”

  • Thank you Joey, your comments and observations are appreciated, at the time this was my fav. floral shot… well, it still is considering it’s natural :)
