    janette… this does things to my heart I can’t explain here in these too few words :) Between the colours of the sky and the colours of the blooms… well… there’s universes. Incredible work, really beautiful. and that red… delicious. i discovered wild poppies growing in my garden this spring… to say i was gleeful is an understatement… and this piece of yours reminds me of an image i created of such similiar red. gorgeous. congratulations on the well-deserved feature.

    Oh my gosh, I’m so touched you like it. Yeah, it was definatelly painted for the soldiers in mind who sacrifice their life for our freedom and peace, and it is their courage that allow us all to have the sleep we need at nights. Never Alone title was created for them as fallen warriors, blooming in the fields perpetually like poppies – still standing strong in RED, vibrant & unforgotten.     Thank you TPS….. It touches me that folks love this piece. It is also very special to me and I painted it with the purest heart! Honest, it’s one of my pieces I painted with a different feeling then the rest. Aside from loving popies and the colour red, I did it thinking of all the soldiers who fought for out country, and that even though they may lay in fields unidentified, they are never alone.
