Profile

I am a keen hobbyist photographer.

While I have had an interest in cameras, photography and cinematography from a young age, I only properly dived into photography as recently as April of 2005 when I bought my first DSLR.

In the past, cameras I had owned included a compact digital, 35mm film SLR, 35mm compact film and 110-format film cameras, and I have had some experience with black and white film development and printing.

Subjects of interest include people (posed and candid portraiture), urban and natural landscapes and seascapes, events (bands, weddings, etc.) and still-life.

Equipment-wise, I use the Canon EOS camera system and a range of other equipment for capturing images in both natural and artificial light.
