Pinto Wharf

Called Pinto Wharf because the wharf and warehouses were built by Grand Master Emmanuel Pinto de Fonseca in 1752. At the time the Knights of Malta needed a marine landing place and warehouses next to the newly built Valletta. It has now been refurbished and serves as a cruise liner terminal.
