i can relate to this photo quite a bit.
when i was a kid, my grandmothers’ houses
(both from my dad’s and mom’s side) had these pumps
outside their house. they had it before they even had
faucets, and most of the time it was a more effective
way of getting water. i thought it was a fun way of getting
water, up until i have to have a shower after enduring the
sweltering heat in the philippines. well done on this photo mate.
i can’t imagine how good this looks on print.
