I took this shot on the way to work this morning – passed this building under construction and loved the way the sunlight hit the steel framing. It was kind of cool and very “graphic” feeling but when I converted it to B&W I thought it really popped. No treatment to this………didn’t even do a true conversion — just desaturated it and bumped up the contrast a tiny bit. Plus I like the bird shadow on this one. Here’s a similar shot in colour:
