Patriot’s Holiday: American flag on a soldiers grave taken in a Leelanau County, Northern Michigan cemetery. I happened past an old cemetery in the morning on the Fourth of July. Everyone I knew was preparing for fireworks, parties, vacations, and celebrations. Though it was early, I was moved when I realized that someone had already been there and marked this old grave with a patriotic reminder.
