Another trip - away until end of July

Hi All

Well its time for more travel and Im off to a mystery location tomorrow (I will give you a hint, its somewhere warm). I wont be back until late July.

Back from New Zealand and Tasmania and some other big news

Hi all – Over the past three weeks I have been doing a lot of travel around the place and have visited the North Island of New Zealand and spent 9 days driving around Tasmania on holidays. I had a wonderful time travelling and spent much of it taking pictures (mostly above the water). I have a few new photogrpahs to upload, which I will be doing in the coming days.

Cowries on the reef (what they do before they become shells in a shop).

Greetings underwater friends.

These large cowries were feeding on a soft coral in Indonesia.

It was very hard to control the exposure in this image (even with raw)

These guys were cruising for a feed (about to start perhaps?)

I have been offline for the last week because I took a week off for some rest and relaxation up in Cairns. The preceeding week was quite a tough one with a death in my family, so it was good to get away and spend some time reflecting on life and other bits and pieces.

The trip was also an opportunity to get a touch with my good freid
