Guanaco
This is a wild guanaco that I spotted whilst doing a tour around El Calafate in Patagonia (Argentinian side) , December 2005. The guanacos is a relative of the llama.
Guanaco belongs to the following groups:
All Animals Great And Small., All That is Nature (Photography Only), Animal Kingdom, Nature's Wonders and World Wildlife Photography Available for sale asGreeting Cards, Matted Prints, Laminated Prints, Mounted Prints, Canvas Prints and Framed Prints

Pilgrim
Recently I asked for a picture of an Alpacha (because I rode past them on a recent bike road and they beguile me). this will have to do.

A wild Patagonian guanaco is much more exciting than an alpacca Pilgrim. :) And beware – they spit!

Wonderful image. Love the soft lighting and the delicate contrast between the reddish Guanaco and the bluish background. The pose, composition and details are spot on.
