Great photojournalistic picture…I like how there are two bikes…gee couldnt they fit them all onto one bike :-0 I think they are definitely alive….any meat shrink wrapped in Asia is considered not fresh – maybe generalising, but that was the case in Hong Kong…

I saw this in Hanoi too…but I saw the piglet motorbike! There were about 20 of them in a wire cage. Were you sitting on a cyclo when you took this?? Really cool shot.

oh no how gross poor piggies,they are one of the most intelligent animals and no i do not eat pork or meat,i just cant bare the torture,BUT….the photo is excellent all the same ,doesnt matter that it might not be my cup of tea the comp is pretty good and i hadnt seen them off to market like this before

This has got to be one of the most entertaining shots I’ve ever seen. Not entertaining for the pigs, granted, but then again maybe so. The two facing the back look mighty interested; country come to town, they’re probably getting a kick out of the city. And the two that are sunny side up must be getting a terrific view of the skyscrapers or at least something taller than their squalid little stye. This is a one of a kind, dyed in the wool (or should I say pigskin) original! LOVE IT! Thanks for sharing!
