It’s Thursday 7 July 2011…. I had a day off (school holiday…. lol!).
I went to Tiel, where my eldest son is living, to spend a day together.
He invited me to go sailing with him around the ‘Isle of Maurik’. Maurik is a small village on the River Rhine. And I said “Yes, I would like to!”
But when it comes to sailing, I am certainly not a hero, especially not if the boat is leaning over….
Fortunately he’s a very good sailer, had everything under control, and we had a wonderful day!!! I’m so proud of him!
