We are a family of armature photographers. Our daughter, Zoë continues studying photography in school, which she has done for several years, and was delighted to finally have her own DSLR camera, and has embarked on her creative journey.
As for us, Claudette began shooting film years ago and seriously returned to photograph with her Cannon 30D, a steady hand, and patient eye. And I discovered the dry darkroom, blending a fascination with software with a desire to create. We both began early: moving from film to digital images, and from a wet darkroom, in the basement of a friend’s home, to an iMac, now sharing and nurturing our daughter’s exploration of her own creativity.
Fortunate to be living in Hawaii, each day reveals a wonderful interplay of light that quiets and focuses one as it passes through this space. We hope your visit to our site pleases, as you look though our work; images from Hawaii and our travels.
Mahalo nui loa for stopping by,
