My main interest is painting Aviation Art.
I get a lot of enjoyment researching the historical background behind the picture I’ve been commissioned to paint.
I work in acrylic on my big paintings on canvas board but use water colors, pastels, soft and oil, for smaller pieces.
I also enjoy doing pet portraits in soft pastels on tinted paper, from photographs. Ideal presents for Xmas and birthdays.

Wow !! How do you find these cool vehicles? Great shot!!

  • Hi Van
I just happened to be attending a regional meeting of the GAvA (Guild of Aviation Artists) being held at Yorkshire Air Museum, Elvington, on a Saturday and found a local military vehicle group setting up for the next day. So no crowds around to stand in the way!!!LOL I got no drawing or painting done! I’ve a few more photos to put up.
    Cheers Neil
