Nikon D80, Tamron AF SP 10-24mm lens at f10.0, 1/400sec, Program: AE, ISO 125, 10mm.

View of New York states’ Empire State Plaza in Albany NY from second level of the steps/amphitheater at the Empire State Museum looking north to the Capitol Building. The Plaza was designed and built at the direction of Gov. Nelson Rockefeller and dedicated in 1973. Loved as a truly modern facility or hated as having the look of a " Fascist" monument, depending uon which critic is being quoted.
