    Wow! That is some kind of paint scheme John! I’m guessing that is that BASF Mystic paint. Did you know that retails for around $60 a pint! I love the way you homed in on focusing on the lines cast from the overhead lights. A cool shot for sure!

    Well done John. The catch lights set this right off. How do you like the 5200? Is the noise better than your D80?

  • Thanks, Paul! Normally, I wouldn’t shoot at an ISO of 1800, but on ‘auto’ selects the ISO, f-stop and apparently Flash combo. I took a shot of the columns of the State Ed Bldg,, posted on fineartamerica,, the difference in detail of the whole vs a small section blowup…. Noticed nothing!! My issue at the moment is the Auto=Focusing function, still trying to set it up to suit my needs.
