Mike Grady, a member of 159 Jazz Band, Musicians’ Union 159, in concert with the band at Kingwood Center, Mansfield, Ohio. Kingwood hosts a series of open air concerts throughout the summer in the surroundings of the beautiful grounds and gardens.

A child of the 50’s, a survivor of the 60’s, my main artistic outlets are stained glass and photography. I have operated my glass studio since 1976 and have works all over the U.S. I originally entered university to study photographic journalism, but as John Lennon wrote, “Life is what happens to you while you’re busy making other plans.” I do not use PS or other manipulations in my photographs, just adjusted settings on the camera.

  • It just seemed to be the look in his face. Mike is a great guy and first chair trombone for the Mansfield Symphony. He has some great expressions when he plays! (it’s also a little word play-instead of ‘slide’ trombone)
