marigold with glasswing
A Glasswing Butterfly, one of the many species of butterflies in the conservatory at Stan Hywet Hall, Akron, Ohio.
This estate is considered one of the finest examples of Tudor Revival architectural style. The grounds hold extensive gardens and a conservatory that has a butterfly exhibit. While not as expansive as the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC it is nevertheless quite charming. The estate was the home of the family that founded the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in Akron, Ohio
