I found me...
Sometimes you create something and it so resonates with who you are that it fills you with joy. This was me when I created my first Heart Talk work last night. It so filled me with joy that I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry.
I just wanted to record this experience as it is one that I will carry through a lifetime and to thank this wonderful community for inspiring me to find myself.
