    ps.. where did she get the wings..?

  • :) well, they were rather stressful !! I purchased bits of pipe and with some clever measuring and design work came up with what I felt would be a good design based on the length of her arms, shoulders, her overall height etc. Yes I got very technical !
    They were then handed over to an engineering firm who rolled them to my design, I did the fastening and spraying while my sister sorted out the fabric.
    We had one final get together to shape the fabric a bit and that was it.
    Up to that point the “Angel” had only held the two straight pipes while I measured her in the design stage, the first time she picked up the finished wings was that morning !
