This one doesn’t really need a recipe. Im sure you’ve got a good one. The Twist here is simply the crust- 4 to 5 sheets of Phyllo dough with spread with melted butter a little sugar and some finely chopped nuts between each layer. I pre bake the crust for 10-15 minutes so that the batter doesn’t make the crust soggy. Foil around the top lip during the pre bake keeps top in place during baking and prevents over browning.
