Bun- sweet yeast dough
Meat- Chocolate mouse
Cheese- Mango puree and Gelatin
Ketchup- rasberry syrup
A few hints:
Pour the Mango/ Gelatin mixture on a small sheet pan lined with cling wrap and when you cut the shape cut right throug the film and remove the film after you place it on the “Burger”.
I also use a cling wrap lined baking dish for the chocolate mouse an cut out the patties with a round cutter and then just round the edges with my fingers. Make sure the mouse mixture is good and cold for easy handling.
This is always a surprise for my guests.
