Featured in Fractal Abstracts 03-17-2013

Featured in Digital Art At It’s Best April 2013

I made this after being inspired by Autumn Glory by dA’s lucid-light.

This is a combination of Elliptic Splits (from the tutorial by Fiery-Fire and dA’s Satania)

and 3D Blooms (from the tutorial by dA’s lindelokse:)

Made in Apophysis 7X v15 (developed by dA’s XyrusWorx) and postwork done in PhotoPlus X5.

I am a recent fractal artist, just since 2008. I have fallen in love with this type of art because of the infinite variety of form, fabulous colors and great lighting effects that can be achieved. The software is mostly free and I dabble with most of them. If you enjoy fractal art, please take a look at my gallery. I would be thrilled if you stop by and say “Hi” and make a comment (or not)!

This is so gorgeous, Peggi. A beautiful combination of the two styles. It has such bvibrancy as if the sun were streaming in from behind it. An easy favourite! :)
