Number 2 in my rusty old bicycle series.
I’m dedicating this capture to my Aunt Dar. She travels abroad to foreign countries where bicycles are a major mode of transportation. She loves photographing them and she likes this capture of mine so i’ve dedicated this one to one of my favorite people. Hope you like it Aunt Dar…this one’s for you…Love your nephew….Dennis :-)
Message from my Aunt Dar posted on facebook:
Dennis, this is the best ever. Bike photos are the best. Bikes are a familiar subject internationally. Everyone relates to them, and the feeling of “freedom” experienced while riding. In Europe bikes are as prized as autos are here in the USA. I am so glad to see you focusing on them. So you remember when we rode our bikes out to Lake Redstone? What fun. I LOVE this photo Dennis. I almost feel like you did it for me. Thank you!!

Life returns to an abandoned farm. I found this rusted weather beaten old abandoned bicycle near down town Madison. It’s now one of my prized photo props that i’ll be hauling around with me when ever i visit abandoned places. The blue flowers were added from another photograph of mine. The abandoned farm is just a few miles from my home.
